Construction management web platform.
The web platform behind LuxuraBuild — built for project managers, office staff, and accountants. On the financial side it handles payroll processing, draw requests and budget line-item tracking, bank transaction imports with ML-assisted categorization, vendor invoice management, and receipt reimbursement approvals. Project management covers budget-vs-actual reporting, subcontractor and vendor tracking, contract status, and employee timesheet review. An accounting layer parses CSV exports from multiple bank accounts, applies rule-based and ML-predicted cost-code categories, and outputs structured expense reports. Role-based dashboards surface what each role needs — admins have full access, project managers see their projects and field activity, office managers handle approval queues, and accountants own the financial layer. Currently powering a luxury home construction company, with a SaaS transition underway to open the platform to any construction company.
